We cover any manufacturing defects or craftsmanship issues for one year. If your product arrives with a defect or doesn’t match its description, email us at crew@iwearhyspecs.com, we’d love the opportunity to make things right.

Frame Warranty:

  • Within 3 months of purchase: Free replacement.
  • Between 3–12 months: Free frame replacement; shipping and fulfillment charges apply.

We offer 30-day returns no matter the reason, we only ask you to cover the cost of the return label, and ensure the product is in excellent re-sellable condition.

Prescription Safety!

Quality feels great, super comfortable to wear, and being able to see clearly is the best! Love my Hyspecs, will definitely purchase again in the future when needed! The custom prescription lenses lengthened production time but very worth the wait, to have a safety spec in my prescription. Plus we love to support a Canadian business. Highly recommend!

HyFlyers are Great!

Just want to post a quick thank you to Peter whom went above and beyond to accommodate my recent safety glasses order. I originally ordered the matte black flyers frames with prescription lenses and when they showed up I found them to fit too large for my face. When I asked Peter what he may be able to do for me to try an alternative option he gave me a number of options to try including sending me a set of the flyers frames in clear at no charge. I tried the clear frames and found they had a totally different look to the matte blacks. To swap the lenses between the frames was super easy (Peter even has videos online to show how to do that) and I'm loving the new pair of specs. The frames feel super durable, comfortable and look great.
I'm really happy with the goods and to be able to support a conscientious and helpful small business, can't recommend Hyspecs highly enough. Thanks very much Peter.
