We cover any manufacturing defects or craftsmanship issues for one year. If your product arrives with a defect or doesn’t match its description, email us at crew@iwearhyspecs.com, we’d love the opportunity to make things right.

  • Within 3 months of purchase: Free replacement.
  • Between 3–12 months: Free frame replacement; shipping and fulfillment charges apply.

We offer 30-day returns no matter the reason, we only ask you to cover the cost of the return label, and ensure the product is in excellent re-sellable condition.
